When will my order be processed?

We do not ship nor deliver on holidays or weekends. Our goal is to ship all in-stock RETAIL orders received before 3:00 p.m. EST on the same day they are received. If you need a guaranteed delivery, please select a premium shipping method.

If you request any express delivery, your order must be received by 2:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday for it to ship out that same business day. Express shipment requests on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day.

All orders placed by 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped that day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders with a United States or Canadian shipping address (does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands) Will be shipped UPS. If your order fits all authorization criteria and no item within your order is on backordered status, then your order will ship on time (see above). Note: We do not ship nor deliver on holidays or weekends.

UPS Express Early A.M.: Before 10:00 a.m. on the following business day. Sometimes sooner if delivery is to a major city.

UPS Express: Before the end of the next business, typically before 2:00 PM if delivery to major city.

UPS Express 2nd Day: By the end of the second business day.

UPS Express 3-Day: Guaranteed by the end of 3 business days after the order is shipped.

UPS Ground: Average 3 - 5 business days depending on destination.
Note: There is NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY on GROUND SHIPMENTS

Do you ship to military addresses or P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we do deliver to a P.O. box or APO, FPO or AFB address.
